Meditation can be used to help clear blocked chakras. My guided meditations contain visualization cues on opening and spinning the chakra, encouraging energy to flow through them. The chakras are each explained within the meditation, helping you will become familiar with each chakra.
There are 4 chakra balancing meditations to choose from. Each meditation differs by the affirmations:
Clearing – affirmations are centered at overall health of chakras
Body Love – specific affirmations focused on increasing compassion for self and body
Self-Acceptance – special focus on creating confidence in self and less self judgement
Self-Trust – affirmations for cultivating trust in self
I suggest clearing the chakras at least once a week!
