Meditation, Gratitude & Affirmations

My philosophy is “FILL YOUR CUP FIRST” then go out and start your day. With a full cup, you can give more and give with compassion. Do you find yourself regretting your reactions and choices? Do you wish for “do overs” a lot? What happens to you when give on an empty cup? You know you can do better but, yet a different version of you keeps showing up.

The key is to create new habits, habits that are supportive and nurturing. A daily self-care practice consisting of mediation, gratitude and affirmations can create huge positive shifts in your life. Start with conscious intention to practice daily, with repetition and time, it will turn into a habit. Keep showing up daily for yourself until it becomes a habit. When it becomes a habit, it’s not effort anymore, it’s your way of being.
